Typography as a linguistic sign par excellence, -in my opinion-, at least in Chile, has always been linked to politics, to the censorship of the horrible dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet in 1973 until 1980. Its inhabitants had to use streets and walls to express their ideals, reality and political position, through the drawing of letters.
