metroCL, a system typeface for wayfinding Metro de Santiago

metrocl is a book where the title project is exhibited to opt for the degree of Designer in Visual Communication at the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana del Estado de Chile (UTEM).
   The publication consists of 108 pages printed in two colors and is distributed in 4 chapters where the process of creating the metrocl typography —from the same project— is exposed and shown as a proposal for the signage of the Santiago Metro. Concept of the publication seeks to merge an experimental style from the print medium —risography—, contrasting with the theoretical framework of the project around the Santiago Metro, historical context, design and typography as relevant agents to understand the development and The importance of the Santiago Metro in the city of Santiago de Chile.
